About

I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from University of Michigan in 1998 and I am a Licensed Social Worker in Michigan. I worked in mental health agencies, correctional facilities and counseling centers for over 25 years. Much of my career I have been helping adults and families with stress, substance abuse, sexual addiction, trauma, domestic violence, grief and loss, depression and anxiety. I strive to help my clients gain insight and increase strategies and coping skills so that they could make positive improvements in their daily lives.
