Many clients come to therapy feeling torn between cultures, burdened by family expectations, or disconnected from their own needs. With over 15 years of experience, I provide cross cultural psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families, with a focus on 1st and 2nd generation immigrants from diverse cultural backgrounds. In my practice, I strive to maintain a safe and creative space where you can identify and build upon strengths to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I also work with couples to help navigate conflict with families and in-laws, heal from infidelity, and improve communication and intimacy.
