Our work can help turn your wounds into wisdom, your unnecessary suffering into more internal freedom and your stuck patterns into a new vitality in life. I tend to be a good fit for people who are not only looking for immediate relief from emotional pain, overwhelm or emptiness, but are also drawn to exploring the deeper patterns contributing to unnecessary suffering in their lives. Through our work, I draw on methods that help you experience yourself in novel ways – more joyfully and tenderly, more fully belonging in your body and to this world. I ground myself in somatic, emotion focused and attachment-based approaches, but will always develop a unique way of working with every person.
