I am accepting new clients! I am passionate about helping adults overcome anxiety, depression, trauma reactions and interpersonal difficulties. My goal is to help you feel more confident and support you as you practice new tools to improve your coping and communication skills. I use a person-centered approach to support you in deconstructing unhelpful behavior and thinking patters. I am trained in EMDR and use this modality to help clients reprocess negative beliefs and create safety to practice self compassion.
