I’m a licensed psychotherapist providing telehealth therapy to individuals across Florida. I work with people who are tired of feeling stuck in the same emotional loops—whether that’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, relationships that keep repeating the same patterns, burnout, grief, or a general sense that something just isn’t right anymore. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real life. Therapy with me isn’t about lying on a couch or being “fixed.” It’s about having a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and learn tools that actually make day-to-day life feel more manageable. We’ll look at what’s going on beneath the surface and focus on what you need right now to feel steadier, more confident, and more connected.
