I am a trauma-trained Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specialized in providing trauma-informed and compassionate-driven care utilizing evidenced-based treatments such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat PTSD, depression, anxiety, obsessive thoughts, addictions, chronic pain, anger, and other trauma-related symptoms. My therapy style focuses on creating a safe, nurturing, supportive, and confidential environment where you can share your life story with me. I am genuinely passionate about mental health and believe that we can integrate the Catholic Church's teachings and our faith into achieving balance and wholeness in our lives.
