I believe that tending that healing shouldn't happen in isolation. I have witnessed that true growth begins when you show up as you are. A lot of my experience is in trauma and parenting. These two topics can bring up so much! And they require a willingness to be vulnerable and transparent, but never at the expense of your wellbeing. That is why I move at your pace and to tailor therapeutic interventions to best meet you were you are at.
