My ideal client is someone seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity (ADHD), relationship concerns, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), body image concerns or emotional and behavioral challenges. They may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward and are looking for support, understanding, and effective tools to help them reach personal goals. Many of my clients come to therapy to better manage stress, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships with partners and family members, or gain clarity and insight into themselves.
