Hello! I'm Yhadira, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with 10 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I'm glad that you're here! Seeking help can be uncomfortable and even scary, so my goal is to help create a therapeutic environment in which you feel safe and supported in. I obtained my degree from the University of Southern California with a specialization in working with veterans/military families. Additionally, I have many years of professional experience in both in-patient and out-patient settings working with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and difficult interpersonal relationships. My experience includes crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and short-term solution-focused treatment.
