You or your child may be trying your best, yet still feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to express what’s happening inside. You might be feeling lost—uncertain about who you are, where you’re going, or how to reconnect with yourself. My hope is to offer you a space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel genuinely seen. With roots in both East Asia and the US, I understand what it means to move between cultures, identities, and expectations.
