Yidong will gather many stories from you, and its underlying experiences, like little beads on a necklace; we will find the thread to connect all the beads together. Through differentiating and clarifying, your understanding towards what has happened to you might start shifting, new room will be created, and relief will follow. You will know self-containment is possible, and develop capacity to observe your "inner theater." These developments will help you make fitting decisions in what you do. Yidong works with adults with a variety of psychological struggles (i.e. grief, crisis and relationships) using psychoanalysis approach. Her treatment approaches focus on understanding one's defenses and speculating different ways to relate with others and the world- to get in touch with one's wholesome potential, creativity, and authentic voice.
