I am a licensed clinical psychologist working with adults, adolescents and children providing individual and couple therapy. I maintain private practices in both New York City and Cresskill, New Jersey. I see psychotherapy as a journey of exploration and transformation through which one can enhance both self-understanding and freedom of choice. I work in a collaborative manner with my clients and practice in a flexible and integrative manner employing both dynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques. Therapy sessions are conversational where we explore thoughts and feelings in a warm, safe and empathic environment.
