I am a highly experienced psychologist, who worked in the Financial District for many years. A graduate of Columbia University, I work with adults, older adolescents, families and couples. My approach is practical and strength-based, helping people develop the skills to effectively address immediate concerns, as well as long-standing problems. My areas of expertise include the treatment of depression and anxiety, trauma, entering and maintaining romantic relationships, managing family dynamics, and negotiating work environments.
