As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping young people navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. My clinical experience spans school-based and outpatient settings, where I’ve supported children facing anxiety, depression, social skills deficits, and adjustment difficulties. I use a child-centered, strengths-based approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to create a safe, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment.
