Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or your child, I’m here to create a welcoming and safe space where you can feel comfortable being vulnerable and work towards changes you want to see. I support adults dealing with many challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life changes, with a special focus on helping people of color and the LGBTQ+ community. With my background as both a teacher and a therapist, I’ve helped children facing anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral issues, ADHD, and more.
