I believe wellness is a balance of nurturing mind, body, and soul, as well as breaking through our limiting and negative beliefs. I work with adults with mental health challenges, early childhood/life traumas, and general life stressors, and aim to provide a safe and empathetic space for my clients to explore their inner world. Taking a collaborative approach, I aim for clients to feel heard, non-pathologized, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe in the importance of connecting to a Higher Power, accessing Self energy, and that we are all interconnected, healing, and growing in relationship & community.
