I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, and I continuously seek advanced training and skills to better support my clients in processing and ultimately overcoming trauma. Many individuals experience symptoms of PTSD and Complex PTSD, have severe anxiety and panic attacks, fears, and relationship issues.
