I believe in the resilience of the human spirit. My goal is to create a safe space that facilitates self-exploration and personal growth. Through a strengths-based, culturally sensitive and client-centered approach to therapy, I help clients construct and navigate a path toward healing and wellbeing that honors their individual needs and objectives. I am a licensed mental health counselor and specialize in the treatment of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, cross-cultural psychology, life transitions, grief and bereavement. I am also a certified EFT couples counselor.
