I hold space that centers your multiple identities and explores how your experiences, past and present, influence how you feel and the choices you make. Together, I work with folks to identify and address interpersonal and structural-based trauma and incorporate somatic techniques to help explore the connection between stress, trauma, and your body. Our work will help deepen your understanding of the different parts of yourself to ultimately get to a place where you can choose how you want to engage in the relationships in your life, without guilt, shame, or judgement.
