I have worked with multiple populations; teens, adult individuals, couples, and families and have experienced the journey with people who make positive life changes and the joy of watching the changes as the client decides to take the time to learn better to do better with a new skill set. PE which has a strong evidence base, (Foa, Hembree, & Rothbaum 2007). I keep the focus on NOT what is wrong with you but on what has happened to you to help you reduce symptoms.
