Hi, I am Yolanda Adkins-Hopkins and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach to therapy is with empathy compassion and respect. I offer DBT and Solution Focused therapy, just two of the modalities that I work from. My interest is solely with the client offering them the opportunity to tell their history and offer them guidance and support. DBT and Solution Focus Therapy have been a lifesaver for many patients.
