I am licensed as a Mental Health Counselor and certified as a Masters Addiction Professional, A Clinical Trauma Professional as a Life Coach, and in Mindfulness Therapy. I have been in the field of mental health for 17 years and practice in the state of Florida. My therapeutic approach is one of empowerment and I focus on providing clients with the tools they need to become confident in their ability to master their life by applying coping skills that put them back in the driver's seat.
