I help women, adolescents, and adults who grew up carrying too much—navigating attachment wounds, childhood trauma, parent–child conflict, and stress in the body (tension, asthma flare-ups, shutdown, panic attacks). I also support teen parents, adults who were teen parents, those shaped by chaotic or addiction-impacted homes, and women issues including maternal mental health. Clients want relief, understanding, and support as they break generational patterns, feel safer in their bodies, and build healthier, more connected lives.
