Sometimes it is hard to imagine that things can be different. They can. Whether you are looking for individual therapy, couples counseling, or family therapy I would be humbled to be a partner in your exploration towards positive change. Remember, you already have all the answers. My role is to help you uncover your incredible inner strength and provide you with the tools you need- in a respectful and non judgmental environment- to take the leap necessary to make that positive change. I work with men, teens and couples and consistently work to promote a comfortable atmosphere and strong therapeutic alliance by active listening and a non judgmental attitude. We work together on developing an individualized treatment plan directed toward enhancing your own inherent strengths, skills, and coping strategies.
