In over 25 years of counseling I have helped all types of clients, with all types of mental health and/or drug and alcohol problems. I have over the years due to the need specialized in treating depression, trauma, and in drug and alcohol treatment. I love working with children and adults, and I am very creative, so I enjoy using play and art in therapy. I am board certified in neurofeedback, and I also provide biofeedback. I incorporate it into treatment when appropriate. I am also trained to do EMDR for treating trauma.
