I am a multiracial/ethnic, male therapist deeply concerned for clients facing societal challenges with special attention to professionals facing microaggressions, direct discrimination and betrayal within their institutions. People working under such undeserved and inescapable conditions often experience: chronic stress, anxiety, depression, grief, impaired self-esteem, relational challenges, and threats to employment/advancement. Many workers are additionally concerned about facing stigma and other obstacles in seeking mental health support.
