From personal and professional experience, I’ve witnessed the impact of trauma in every area of life. Whether it stems from childhood, medical or mental health struggles, relationships, or specific events, there are various origins of trauma in our stories. These experiences often cause a myriad of ripple effects in different ways for each person - such as depression, anxiety, co-dependency, negative self-image, and unhealthy family dynamics/relationships. By getting to the root of the problem, I believe we can heal from the inside out.
