View 7 Photos Our therapists work with youth ages 5 to 25 and we have offices in Stillwater, Woodbury and Cottage Grove. We use an eclectic blend of evidence-based methods to help youth & their families identify goals and develop plans to achieve them. A holistic and strength-based approach is used to improve family functioning, self-regulation, communication, impulse control and coping skills. We strive to create a safe space for youth & families to feel comfortable and empowered to begin their journey of healing & growth. We understand that each person and family is unique and work to help them find the peace & change they are looking for in their lives.
