Life experiences and the perceptions from people around us can influence the perceptions we have of ourselves, our environment and our relationships. Moreover, they can create a dissonance between who we really are, and who we think we should be during moments of vulnerability. I am passionate about working with individuals at any developmental stage: children, teenagers, adolescents, adults and elderly as they navigate through adversity and vulnerability to support them while they explore and identify the different treasures within themselves that can help them feel empowered, capable and successful.
