I believe along with a variety of therapeutic methods it is ultimately the relationship that is the main catalyst for healing. My work has been focusing on assisting couples to improve their communication and to assist clients to explore and to awake their inner strength, to develop skills and abilities for self sufficiency, and to work on moving forward from their past experiences.
