Are you a first gen young adult, struggling to adjust to a new city and lifestyle? Feeling “stuck” and in a rut about your daily routines? Easily overwhelmed by the feeling that you don’t quite belong in social situations? I aim to guide and support my clients’ mental health journey with curiosity, compassion, and acceptance. I am interested in working with people from all kinds of backgrounds. My experience as a 1st generation immigrant, queer, and BIPOC person has made me passionate to help all those who feel like an ‘outsider’ find their sense of belonging.
