Are you wondering about autism or ADHD for your child, teen, or for yourself? Are you seeking support or skills as a neurodiverse individual? As an ally for neurodiverse individuals and families, I take a strengths-based approach to partnering with my clients throughout the evaluation and therapy process. My hope is for all clients and families to be heard, gain clarity, and support their goals in navigating their identities, relationships, school/work, and their passions. I specialize in the diagnostic assessment of autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g., developmental delays, ADHD, intellectual disability, learning disorders) for all ages. I also provide therapy services such as caregiver coaching for challenging behaviors, social skills, executive functioning skills, and CBT for mood, anxiety, and trauma.
