English | 日本語 As a Somatic Psychotherapist, I specialize in helping those navigating both simple and complex trauma, including PTSD and developmental wounds. Many of my clients have survived chronic stress or emotionally neglectful environments and now feel disconnected from their bodies, relationships, or sense of purpose. You don’t have to face these struggles alone. By listening to your body’s signals and exploring parts of yourself you may not yet know, we can uncover and heal the trauma behind your current challenges. Through this process, you’ll regain a sense of safety, connection, and vitality. I’m here to support your journey of healing. I support trauma recovery through body-oriented approaches such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and the Japanese Dohsa Method, which focuses on movement-based sensory awareness. I also integrate expressive art, symbolic card work, and Somatic Touch Therapy to foster deep emotional and creative healing.
