I provide in person and online therapeutic services to individuals throughout the lifespan. I have over a decade of experience working with individuals experiencing symptoms associated with depression, generalized and social anxiety, stress, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, difficulties with life and social skills, life changes, re-discovering self, postpartum and peripartum depression, schizophrenia spectrum disorder, bipolar depression, borderline personality disorder, obsessive compulsive personality disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Using a client centered, multi-theoretical approach, I tailor interventions to each client's unique needs. I have extensive training in evidence based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, and psychodynamic modalities.
