Limited availability! I work with neurodivergent adults who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, whether newly exploring an identity of Autism/ADHD, or formally diagnosed in childhood. Many of my clients come to therapy after years of masking, burnout, or feeling unseen in spaces not built with neurodivergents in mind. My practice centers neurodivergent-affirming care that embraces your unique wiring rather than trying to change it. I also honor the intersections of womanhood, queerness, gender identity, and cultural background, creating space to explore the complexities of who you are with compassion and authenticity. My approach is psychodynamic, person-centered, and strengths-based. I integrate a neurodivergent-affirming framework to create a safe, supportive, validating environment to explore your inner world, gain clarity, and build self-acceptance. Together, we'll focus on insight, empowerment, and learning new ways to navigate life with greater ease.
