If you are here you have already taken the first step to seek counseling. My name is Yumika and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. There are several approaches that I utilize for therapy, but I like to access where you are and work together with you to develop the plan for obtaining your goal. I truly believe that we all have had certain experiences in our lives that have shaped the way we view, interact, and experience the world. Often times, we display difficulties in coping that hinder us from reaching our full potential and enjoying life. Counseling is one way to help you reach your full potential.
