My name is YJ Carson, LCSW. My passion is supporting adults 18+ who are at any point in their journey toward wellness, fulfillment, discovery, and self-love. I use therapies like EMDR, CBT, and DBT that strengthen your internal resources, to help you achieve your personal growth goals. I try to keep a casual, nonjudgmental, positive, and open space. When you leave sessions, my hope is that you will feel seen, heard, understood, and challenged in helpful ways.
