I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who views therapy as a collaborative, safe space. I partner with clients to foster positive changes, whether through deepening self-understanding, improving life management skills, or strengthening relationships with themselves and others. I emphasize the therapeutic alliance, believing it is the foundation for successfully establishing and achieving the goals to resolve challenges and difficulties. I have specialized experience treating issues including anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, grief and trauma, and spiritual concerns.
