I have experiences of working with kids and young adults from diverse backgrounds in community settings, research labs, as well as private practice. I specialize in helping emerging adults and BIPOC populations with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. My trainings in CBT, DBT, and EFIT allow me to tailor my work to each individual’s needs, and I see the world from a multicultural lens.
