My name is Yvette Angelina Arroyo and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Los Angeles, California and working with client's statewide via telehealth. I work with young adults and adults, and specialize in Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Anger Management, Grief and Loss, Low Self-Esteem, and with Addictions. I use a variety of therapeutic methods including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy, with a focus to provide my client's an individualized treatment based on their specific needs.
