I am a trauma-informed, somatic psychotherapist offering individual and relationship therapy with in-person sessions in San Francisco and telehealth throughout California. I strive to create a space rooted in trust, where you will feel safe to slow down and explore all parts of yourself, your relationship, your strengths, and your challenges. Together, we will seek to understand why patterns exist as they do, so deeper self-knowledge and relational awareness can emerge. This understanding is the beginning of acceptance, healing, and change.
