As a faith based, evidence based, and clinical counselor, I believe therapy is a collaborative journey between the client and therapist. Every individual is composed of mind, body and spirit. If one is out of balance so are the other two. My objective is to provide help on the path to wholeness and tranquility. My first goal in counseling is to create a safe space for clients to express feelings and challenges encountered. As ordained clergy, I believe it is important for clergy to have a forum to express their challenges and thoughts without repercussion or concern about perceptions from congregations in which they serve.
