Hello! My name is Yvette Llanos, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Los Angeles, California. I am currently working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work with children, teens, and adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic approach to help my clients reach their goals. My approach to therapy is based on the specific needs of my clients. I typically start with a humanistic approach, where the focus is on my client's experiences, needs, concerns, and goals.
