Our Practice has a particular focus on Stress, Anxiety, Depression and other mental health challenges. In today’s world it has become Increasingly difficult to just “keep up". We focus on positive aspects to include client’s abilities, talents and resources that have helped them achieve. Sometimes it can be difficult to recall or even identify the strengths that got you to a good place in the past.
