I counsel adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, panic attacks, grief reactions, adjustment issues and a variety of other mood difficulties. It is my firm belief that we work as partners to help you meet your objectives, and that you are an active participant to guide the treatment process at your own pace. I work with you to heal current or past trauma when it immobilizes you in the present.
