I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker offering therapy for individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful emotional or relational patterns. My focus includes helping individuals and couples navigate the challenges of OCD, specific phobias, borderline personality traits, and complex trauma especially when these challenges show up in relationships. I have a particular interest in working with adolescents and young adults, including those who identify as neurodivergent or LGBTQIA+. I also welcome individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day stress.
