I work with adults and adolescents who are culturally and racially diverse, veterans, homeless population, those in chronic pain, and members of the Deaf community. I am proficient in evidence based treatment protocols including CBT, CBT for Substance Use Disorders, CBT for Insomnia, mindfulness and meditation, Motivational Interviewing, relapse prevention, SMART recovery, crisis intervention, Prolonged Exposure, STAIR, Grief and Loss, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
