I won't know on day one what will work best for a client, because people reveal themselves over time and always at their own pace. My approach to this work is grounded in respect, truth, and compassion, with special attention to the cultural, spiritual and life experiences that have shaped how a person moves through the world. Drawing from a background in yoga and movement, I also honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit because what we carry doesn’t live in just one place.
