Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a variety of clinical experience and training. During my graduate work at Pepperdine University, I was educated on interventions designed to move clients towards self awareness and increased hope for the future. I strive to challenge my clients on their negative self talk and intervene on maladaptive coping mechanisms. My training focused on cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy however DBT is also a utilized therapeutic modality in my practice.
