I tailor my approach to you as the individual client based on each unique situation. My therapy tool box includes years of collected training and tools in various modalities including cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, dialectical behavioral, exposure-response, Internal Family Systems, and psychodynamic therapies with all ages, populations, and issues. Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling seen, heard and validated, curious about what is happening within themselves, and with tools and steps to move forward with more confidence.
